You plug into what already runs at Gym Members Now: how we get leads, how we follow up, how we close, how we onboard, how we deliver, and how we win corporate relationships that send whole franchise systems your way. Seven years of trial and error, handed over.
Grow.
You pick a local industry outside fitness. I coach you directly. I review your sales calls and tell you what to fix, using the same 7-step framework I've used on 4,000+ calls with 1,500+ business owners. And the market is wide open: 81% of small business leaders think AI can help them. Only 27% actually have it working. That gap is the business.
Sell.
One agency alone sells for around 4x profit. A portfolio sells for 8 to 15x. My partner Andy already proved the play in gyms: he merged his 36 locations with another owner's 30 and sold to private equity. When the portfolio sells, everyone's company is worth more than it would be alone. That's why the coaching is free and I take no course money.
