How does the partnership actually work?
You apply, we get on a one-to-one call, and if it's a fit, I help you start it, grow it, and sell it with me. You plug into everything built at Gym Members Now over 7 years: lead systems, follow-up systems, closing, onboarding, service, and the corporate relationship playbook. I've run that play in the Anytime Fitness space, the Xponential space, and the Alloy space. I hand you the map. You do the work.
Is this a course?
No. There's no course, no cohort, and no community with a paywall at the top. It's a working partnership. I make money when we sell companies together, not when you buy content. Everything I teach is already free on my channel.
How do you make money from this?
The portfolio. One agency sells for around 4x profit. A group of agencies sells for 8 to 15x. In February 2025 my agency was independently valued at $5.4 million, and my broker showed me the portfolio play is worth more than selling alone. So my payday depends on your company being real and sellable. That's the alignment.
Isn't the AI space saturated?
The AI space is crowded with people selling random automations to anyone who'll listen. The niche we work is different: local businesses. 81% of small business leaders believe AI can help them, but only 27% have it working. And most providers serving them do a bad job. Crowded is not the same as served.
Can I build this just from your free videos?
